Refund policy

*Return Policy* We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within [30 days] of the purchase date on receipt. 

 *Eligibility* To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must: - Be in their original condition - Be unused and unworn - Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories 

 *How to Initiate a Return* To initiate a return, please: - Contact our customer service team at bigwoodsscentco24@gmail.com Provide your order number and reason for return - Receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. 

 *Return Shipping* - Ship the item(s) back to us at Big Woods Scent Co. 1996 rt22b Morrisonville NY 12962 - Use a shipping method with tracking and insurance purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent in error. All returns must be received by Big Woods Scent Co. with in 15days from the date the RMA number was given. 

*Restocking Fee* - There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns.

 *Refunds* - Refunds will be issued within [5-7 business days] of receiving the returned item(s) - Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment - Refunds will include the full amount paid for the item(s), minus any shipping costs.
